Labour Establshment Card Reqirements and Applcation UAE Procedure(Computrized Card)

If you are living in UAE for the purpose of labour work then you should obtain Labour Establshment Card you should required some necessary documents to apply for Labour Establishement Card. Requirement and Labour Establishment Card application is mentioned below for the guide of applicant.

Labour Establishment Card Requirements:

  1. Trade License Copy is required.
  2. Required Partners List for LLC Company.
  3. Applicant should provide MOA copy for LLC Company.
  4. Applicant should provide Passport and Jinsiyya (Family Book) copies of Local Sponsor.
  5. Applicant should provide Passport photocopies of Partners for LLC Company.
  6. Applicant should provide one picture of sponsor and partners with black background.
  7. Applicant should provide Computer Card photocopy.
  8. Applicant should provide Tenancy Contract Photocopy.
  9. Applicant should provide Location Map translated in Arabic.
  10. Applicant should provide E-Signature Card photo Copy of Sponsor and should be signed from authorized.
  11. Applicant should pay fee AED2103 at Tas’heel Center.
  12. When you type application and get sign from all partners.
  13. You should submit your application at MOHRE, Counter at Al Tawar Center.
  14. Owner or partner should submit application.
  15. Your Labour Establishment Card will cancel when your trade license will cancel.
